On the occasion of its participation at the 2017 Paris Biennale, Galerie Jacques Lacoste honoured a group of essential designers of the Decorative Arts in the 20th century : Jean Royère, Jean-Michel Frank, Diego Giacometti, Eugène Printz, Max Ingrand, Alexandre Noll and Étienne Cournault.
For this edition, Jacques Lacoste presented a rare colletion of Tour Eiffel pieces by Jean Royère. In a nod to the launch of the book Diego Giacometti – La collection Marc Barbezat published by Jacques Lacoste, the gallery also exhibited a pair of « pommeaux de cannes » armchairs by Diego Giacometti.
